Electric Park at Thanksgiving Point, Lehi

Parking — Important
You cannot park or drive your vehicle into the park. Pulling into the park is a $100 fee and you will be asked to leave.
Park in the parking lot, unload, and carry your items into the park. We suggest bringing a wagon to help.
Once the market starts, please move your vehicle toward the back of the parking lot so the front spots stay open for customers.
Vendor Load-Out & Departure Policy
Vendor load-out is permitted between 9:30PM and 10:30PM. All vendors must be completely packed up and off the property by 10:30PM.
Due to our venue agreement with Thanksgiving Point, we are required to vacate the property by the end of our contracted time. Thanksgiving Point imposes substantial fines for any event that exceeds its contracted hours.
To help ensure compliance, any vendor who remains on-site after 10:30PM will be assessed a $250 late departure fee. This policy is strictly enforced and applies regardless of the reason for the delay.

10x10 Booth Setup
If you have a 10x10 outdoor spot, your setup is completely your responsibility. You must bring your own canopy tent, tables, chairs, and any other equipment you need. We do not provide any equipment for outdoor spots.
We highly recommend bringing weights for your canopy tent in case of wind, and bringing canopy sides as well.
8FT Pavilion Setup
This section is under the giant pavilion, where you’ll find a note with your business name on the 8ft table.
We provide the 8ft table and two chairs. Please note your space is only that one table — product goes on the table, nothing to the sides.
You will need to bring a table cloth (any color is fine).
Sales Tax
Robin with Special Events for the State of Utah will mail sales tax forms to your physical address after the event. If you don’t receive the form within 30 days, reach out to us.
Check-In
No need to check in first — go straight to your table. We’ll come around to check in with everyone once setup is complete.
Weather
This is a rain or shine event. You are covered under the pavilion.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are located on the east side of the park and by the main entrance.
Food Vendor Permits
Food vendors, including food trucks, food trailers, temporary food booths, cottage food vendors, and vendors selling beverages or other food products, ARE REQUIRED to obtain permits from the Utah County Health Department before participating in Love Local Markets.
It is the responsibility of each food vendor to determine which permits are required for their business and to obtain all necessary approvals before the event.
